Front / рallet shelving - this is the simplest and most common storage system that allows you to access any stored item at any time.
This is a collapsible structure, which, based on the needs of a warehouse or store, can be assembled into a line of any length and with any number of tiers.
The length of such racks is limited only by the size of the commercial premises or warehouse. They can be used as pallet racks (goods are stored directly on pallets); this method is convenient for long-term storage of large quantities of goods of the same type. If the quantity of goods is small, it can be stored on long-span racks in boxes or even individually.
Due to the simple design, the configuration of the racks can be changed at any time. If there are more goods, it is enough to complete several sections. If the amount of goods has decreased, or the area is needed for something else, unnecessary sections can be quickly and easily dismantled. You have the opportunity to vary both the length and height of the structure.
Front and long-span shelving is used to accommodate a large amount of goods in stores such as Cash & Carry, "discounter", "hypermarket". Here they are used as shelving for sales, placed in the commercial premises and the client takes the goods directly from it.
Design
Structurally, the rack consists of vertical frames (uprights) and horizontal beams. They are produced in various lengths and sections, which allows to assemble racks of different load capacities and configurations.
Frames are structural elements of two uprights, horizontal and diagonal bracing and a foot step joined with connectors. They are equipped with locks protecting horizontal beams from accidental knock-out by forklift truck. Additionally, the racks can be equipped with railings, hooks, dividers, protection elements, pallet stops, expositors, panels, etc.
In use, racks are divided into wall-mounted racks (they stand at the wall and can be loaded from one side only) and island racks (they stand separately and can be loaded from both sides).
The size and section of the frames and beams of the beams are designed upon the customer's requirements for the height and load capacity of the structure. Racks are designed for maximum load per tier (two beams) up to 5000 kg and up to 30000 kg per frame.
