Important dates in history of our company
Pilot plant "Mikron" took part in the IX Industrial exhibition of warehouse equipment and technologies CeMAT Russia 2018 and in the V International exhibition INNOSKLAD. An automated racking system with Micron’s shuttles was developed. IDEAL automatic mesh welding machine, GAM 116 models, Milani automatic straightening and cutting machine (Italy), robotic complex based on two Yaskawa/Motoman industrial robots, Pilous ARG 300 band saw machine, Hilalsan press brake were put into operation. The plant's vehicle fleet was increased by 7 new multi-ton vehicles in order to improve the quality of logistics services. ISO 9001:2015 certification was obtained. The 4th highest qualification level was assigned to 2 employees of the enterprise. The number of employees of the enterprise increased by more than 100 people. 806 suggestions for improvement were submitted, the economic effect amounted to 2 million rubles.
Repair of office, industrial and amenity premises and general improvement of the territory of the plant was carried out. The number of staff was increased. The “Kaiser” project management system was introduced to set and control tasks at the enterprise. The industrial waste management was changed to a more economical one, incl. the scope of waste recycling has been expanded.
DREISTERN automatic rollforming lines were put into operation for the production of “Beam R30”, “decking, lodgement G50”, “Upright G50, R30”, as well as the Salvagnini laser complex. As part of the increasing mesh products project, an IDEAL welding machine, MIG / MAG multiprocessor devices for pulsed welding were put into operation.
EVM ALPHA Q 330MM TKM, press brakes AD-S 30100, trimming machine, butt welding machine DST100 were put into operation also.
For the first time, the Mikron’s Sports Games were held at the plant.
1236 suggestions for improvement were submitted, 682 of them were implemented.
As a result of the reconstruction of industrial building No. 4, the total production area of the plant amounted to 29,000 square meters. A new automatic line " Beam G50" by DREISTERN was put into operation, which made it possible to increase the output of products of the G50 series. One of the most advanced painting lines was put into operation - an automatic painting line by EUROIMPIANTI, which reduced the time of changeover from color to color by 2 times and increased the percentage of use of powder paint. More than 80% of production equipment were covered by TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). 131 employees of the plant confirmed the 3rd level of qualification, which allows them to maintain equipment according to TPM standards.
The “Micron” Pilot Plant took part in the 6th Industrial Exhibition of Storage Equipment and Technologies CeMAT Russia 2015. Pilot plant "Micron" joined the National Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of Shelving and Storage Equipment. 1817 suggestions for improvement were submitted.
As a result of an audit by the TUV NORD CERT GmbH certification company, our QMS was recognized as conforming to ISO 9001:2008. Electronic terminals with drawings and technological documentation were introduced at each workplace, which made it possible to completely eliminate paper documentation.
T-TPS (Total Toyota Production System) is a modern lean manufacturing model based on the philosophy of the complete elimination of all types of losses in pursuit of the most efficient methods of product (service) development, marketing, production, sales, service, etc.
The technology of laser cutting with air was introduced without reducing the speed and quality of cutting. This greatly reduced the cost of laser cutting.
Training of the heads of workshops on the "Kaizen" principle at work was carried out. Kaizen is continuous small improvements without large capital investments. Learning objective was to be able to find losses or interference in the process of work and solve them.

Authorities of the company decided to introduce "Lean production" at the enterprise. Viktor Semenovich Nikitin, CEO of ZAO “Pilot plant “Micron” became the winner of the Business Person of the Year 2004 contest in the “Mechanical Engineering and Metalworking” nomination held by the administration of the Pskov region.
The company has implemented a quality management system (QMS) that meets the requirements of ISO 9001-2000.
An agreement with SURFRIGO was signed on the production of refrigeration equipment under the joint trade mark "SURFRIGO-MICRON". An assembly line for refrigeration equipment and an automatic line for the production of B3 shelves were mounted and put into operation. SURFRIGO was one of the largest Italian companies specializing in the production of refrigeration equipment. The company was a leader in this field in Europe.
The first modernization project for production facilities and improving the quality of products was implemented. The first automatic painting line was put into operation. Production of B3 retail shelving started. The total range of parts was about 700 units. 699 general range of parts for B3 shelving.
The production of B1 and B2 metal racks with improved characteristics and a large assortment of parts (custom-made) was mastered.
Production of shelving for discounter stores started. The first stage of the investment project for the development of production was successfully completed: a rolling mill for the production of racks was put into operation. Growth in sales volumes by 2.3 times.
Production of retail store supplies began: counters, showcases, aluminum racks.
