Our company has a system of continuous improvement of production and business processes. Each employee can submit a suggestion for improvement.
Suggestions on how to reduce losses at workplace, how to improve it are welcome.
Among all employees, a production competition "Best in the Micron Production System" is organized, based on suggestions implemented over a certain period.

Competitors
Production workers, support services and office workers compete with each other. According to competition results the best employees are awarded cash prizes and valuable gifts. The best teams are awarded with "Leader" badges, the employees of these working teams are additionally awarded with useful souvenirs with the company's logo.
